The ASU-50 alarm slave unit is intended for strong audible and optical alarm signalling when the preset alarm levels have been exceeded. The unit is controlled by a host control device or system.
It is used for example in distributed radiation monitoring systems with central control, autonomous monitors, display systems, and calibration laboratories
