Description
The CIM-303 Continuous Iodine Monitor is an advanced radiation monitoring system designed for the continuous monitoring of radioactive iodine activity in organic and inorganic forms in the air. It provides reliable measurement through air samples taken from working environments, ventilation systems, or environmental sampling points.
The system ensures the retention of airborne iodine within an iodine cartridge by means of air sampling through the cartridge. The CID-03 Continuous Iodine Detector measures the iodine activity accumulated in the cartridge using a NaI(Tl) scintillation detector. The RPU radiation processing unit displays, records, and reports alarm conditions to the operator.
The CIM-303 adapts to various facility requirements with its fixed installation or mobile versions. It can be easily integrated into central radiation monitoring systems via Ethernet, RS-485, and relay outputs.
