Description
The DCM-300 Document Contamination Monitor is an automated, high-sensitivity radiation control system developed for the detection of radioactive contamination on documents and small objects. It is specifically utilized for security purposes at controlled area exits within nuclear facilities.
The device offers practical operation through its drawer-type design, into which the document to be measured is placed. Upon closure of the lid, the measurement process automatically initiates, enabling simultaneous analysis of the object from both sides via upper and lower detectors.
The DCM-300 is capable of detecting beta, gamma, and, depending on the model, alpha radiation. Measurement results and device status are readily monitored via the digital display and status indicators located on the front panel.
With its wall-integrable design, the DCM-300 provides an effective solution at controlled area transition points, enhancing operational efficiency through its rapid measurement time and user-friendly interface.
