Description
The LCM-300 Laundry Contamination Monitor is an automatic contamination monitoring system designed to check washed laundry and textile products for radioactive contamination after use in radiation-controlled areas. It offers various configuration options suitable for the detection of alpha, beta, and gamma-emitting radionuclides.
The system provides fast and reliable control by simultaneously measuring laundry from both sides through its upper and lower conveyor structure. The automatic transport system assists in maintaining textile products in the correct position during measurement, thereby enhancing measurement accuracy.
The LCM-300 assists in preventing contaminated products from being removed from controlled areas and supports radiation safety processes within nuclear facilities. Measurement results can be monitored via the control panel, and the system visually and audibly alerts the operator when alarm levels are exceeded.
